Rules for teams entering under a Host Organization, rather than a Host School, have changed. Please read the 2027 Rules carefully.

Only Adult Team Advisors (adult educators/supervisors) may open accounts and create applications on behalf of a team for ARC 2027. Once the account has been opened and an application is created, the Adult Team Advisor may add student team members as collaborators on individual team applications.

The Adult Team Advisor must be vetted and approved by the Host School or Host Organization to work with students.

Entry Fee ($195 per team) and Registration Deadline:

December 6, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time

Important Information:

Students under the age of 18 may participate only with a signed electronic consent form from a parent or guardian. These permission forms will be requested electronically via this system, not via paper form.
There are no refunds for Registration or National Finals fees.
Adults and non-team members may only serve as advisors and mentors, providing supervision, explaining concepts, and encouraging the team. They may not contribute to the creation, design, or flight of rockets. A signed Adult Team Advisor Agreement form is required for each team.

The Aerospace Industries Association reserves the right to make all last and final competition decisions and determinations.

Registration Information

Application Stages:

1. Open an account
Accounts will be reviewed and approved on an ongoing basis.

2. Create Team Application(s)
One per team of 3-10 students.

3. Submit Team Registration(s) and Pay
$195 registration fee per team can be paid via credit card (stripe) or check. Deadline: December 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.

4. Team Roster Changes and Qualification Flight Report Appears
After registration and paying, Team Rosters will remain editable and Qualification Flight Report Forms will appear.

5. Finalize Team Roster
Team Roster must be final prior to launching qualification flights.

6. Launch Qualification Flights

7. Submit Qualification Flight Reports
Deadline April 4, 2027 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
